How to join

Complete the membership form
Provide your bio-data, occupation and other income, your proposed monthly contribution and remittance method, and up to five nominees.

Submit your KYC documents
A valid ID or passport, KRA PIN and proof of address. Groups also provide their registration certificate, officials' IDs and a borrowing resolution.

Verification & approval
SACCO staff verify your details (maker-checker). Applications are Approved, Deferred or Declined — approval is never automatic.

Your account is opened
You're assigned a member number, your savings account is activated, and you can start contributing right away.
